Would You Buy A Penthouse?

Have you thought of buying a penthouse to enjoy your retirement? How much are you willing to fork out to buy a penthouse? Is penthouse a luxury property, or it can be purchased for investment?

In the city area of my hometown, a penthouse can costs about RM2 millions, which able to buy 6 terrace houses nearby that area. Since I'm not even visited a penthouse before, so what's so special about penthouse compare to other luxury condominium? I always heard people exaggerate about it, perhaps it is true when I did a Google search about it. Most probably it's because of it's view, size and luxury level.

I was shocked when a rich ass has made a new transaction record this week, by using RM38 millions to buy a penthouse at Binjal On The Park in the Kuala Lumpur city. It is the most expensive house to be sold in recent years. The penthouse sizing at 14,300 square feet and it has 360-degree unobstructed view of the KLCC skyline, similar to views offered by the likes of London's One Hyde Park. This is too cool!

From the calculation, it cost about RM2,660 per square feet. According to the source, the rich ass who bought the house is listed in Forbes magazine's wealthiest people. Perhaps for such a successful businessman, RM38 millions for a penthouse is a peanut for him. So would you spend such tens of millions justs for a penthouse, if you are afford it? Will it provides good return after years? May be, but buyers are really very limited.

This is it. Binjal On The Park, Kuala Lumpur.

I hope he is not utilizing this penthouse to keep his mistresses? If he is, I would like to volunteer myself to be the security guard INSIDE the penthouse.
